We're excited to let you know that the PledgeBox survey will be sent very soon to all backers with successful payments.
We're currently running a small-scale email test to make sure everything is working properly before sending the survey to all backers. This allows us to identify and resolve any potential delivery issues in advance, helping ensure that everyone receives the survey successfully.
The survey email will be sent by our official fulfillment partner, PledgeBox, on behalf of the KRYDRUFI team. Please don't mistake it for spam or a phishing email. It is the only official survey we'll use to collect your shipping information and finalize your order.
Through the survey, you'll be able to:
- ✅ Confirm your shipping address
- ✅ Confirm your shipping fee (if applicable)
- ✅ Select your reward options (color, version, etc.)
- ✅ Add optional accessories or extra items
Please keep an eye on the email address associated with your Kickstarter pledge. If you don't receive the survey in your inbox, please be sure to check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders as well, as some email providers may automatically filter the email.
Completing the survey as soon as possible will help us prepare production and ensure your reward ships on schedule.

We'll be happy to update your contact information before the survey is sent.
Once the survey is live, we'll also publish a Kickstarter Update and send another reminder here on Kickstarter.
