We kindly ask everyone to pay close attention to the shipping updates and tracking information sent from KRYDRUFI.
At the moment, our system has detected that more than 50 packages have encountered delivery issues, including situations such as:
Missing building access codes
Courier unable to contact the recipient
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Other delivery exceptions
To help ensure your package arrives safely, please check your tracking status regularly and contact the local courier if any action is required from your side. Taking action early can help prevent packages from being returned.
Our team is working 24/7 to monitor and resolve all possible shipping issues, but we also need your help. In some cases, customers may miss our emails or not respond in time, which makes it much more difficult for us to solve delivery problems before they become serious.
We sincerely appreciate your support in helping us keep an eye on your package status. Each shipment is a 2–3 kg package, and if a package is returned due to an unresolved delivery issue, additional shipping costs will be required for re-delivery.
