We’ve noticed that some of our pre-order customers (those who placed a deposit on our website) are still unsure about how to complete their purchase on Kickstarter. So we’d like to walk you through the process clearly:
🧾 How to Complete Your Order (For Pre-Order Customers)
If you’ve placed a deposit on our website, please follow these steps:
- Create or log in to your Kickstarter account
- Visit our Kickstarter campaign page
- Choose any bundle you like — you are not limited to accessories only
- Complete your purchase directly on Kickstarter
✔️ Your $5 deposit + $5 bonus ($10 total) will be refunded within 3 business days after the campaign ends
✔️ The refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Kickstarter
No coupon or extra steps are needed — simply choose your preferred bundle and check out.
🆕 New Add-ons Now Available
Based on feedback from our community, we’ve made some updates:
- ✅ Added extra bundle options in the add-ons section (for those who want more than one set)
- ✅ Added the Water Tank Module as a separate add-on
You can now customize your setup more flexibly during the campaign.
💬 If You Don’t Want to Proceed
If you decide not to purchase any product after placing a deposit, no worries at all.
