First of all, thank you all for your incredible patience and support. We wanted to share a quick update on our shipping preparations.
📦 Current Progress
We have now completed approximately 95% of all address verification and order synchronization.
For almost all backers, we have already:
- Sent out the Kickstarter survey.
- Imported your order into our shipping system.
- Sent a Shopify order confirmation email showing the products we have recorded for your order and the shipping address currently on file.
However, around 5% of backers have still not responded to any of our emails. We have been sending reminder emails every day, but unfortunately many of them remain unanswered.
If you are one of those backers, please complete your survey as soon as possible. We cannot prepare your shipment without your information.
⚠️ Please Double-Check Your Address & Order
Even if you have already completed your survey, please take a few minutes to search your inbox for emails from "KRYDRUFI".
Carefully check:
- ✅ Is your shipping address correct?
- ✅ Are all the products you purchased listed correctly?
- ✅ Is anything missing or incorrect?
If you notice any mistakes, please contact us immediately so we can correct them before your package is shipped.
Once shipping begins, changing addresses becomes much more difficult and, in many cases, impossible.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will be required before we can send it again.
Returned shipments also significantly increase both our workload and shipping costs, so your help in verifying everything now is extremely important.

Please check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder) immediately.
If you still cannot find the survey email, simply contact us and we will resend it or help you complete the process.
Every day we spend a significant amount of time manually sending reminder emails and following up with backers who have not yet replied. We truly appreciate your cooperation, as completing your survey promptly helps us prepare everyone's orders much faster.
