We would like to share the latest updates regarding shipping and product support:
1. US Orders — Shipping Completed
All US orders have now been shipped.
Some packages may still experience delivery delays due to local carrier processing times. In a small number of cases, unexpected situations may happen during the last-mile delivery, such as rough handling by local delivery personnel or access issues with certain buildings.
Please don’t worry — if you encounter any delivery problems, simply contact us and we will help follow up and resolve the issue.
2. UK Orders — Preparing for Fulfillment
UK inventory is currently waiting for the warehouse team to complete the receiving and stocking process.
We expect the products to be available in the warehouse around October 2–3, after which shipments will begin.
3. Please Carefully Check All Package Contents
After receiving your package, please carefully check all compartments and packaging areas before reporting missing items.
Some accessories are placed inside hidden compartments or may stick to the bottom of compartments due to the packaging materials during transportation.
Please fully unpack and inspect the entire package — this will help avoid confusion and ensure you receive all included parts.
4. Clip Replacement & Improvement Update
If you experience any broken clip issues, please contact us and we will arrange replacement clips.
We would also appreciate it if you could let us know how the clip broke (for example, during opening, installation, or use). This information is extremely valuable because it helps us identify the cause and find the best solution.
We have already reacted quickly and asked our factory to prepare three different new clip materials for testing and replacement.
We will continue tracking feedback from everyone using these new materials to determine which option performs best. Once confirmed, we will consider applying the improved material to future production updates.
