Thank you again for your incredible support! Here are a few important updates regarding payments, refunds, and the upcoming survey.
💰 1. Early Pre-Order Refunds Begin on June 29
For customers who placed a pre-order before the Kickstarter campaign launched, we will begin processing refunds starting Monday, June 29.
Eligible backers will receive:
✅ $5 Pre-Order Deposit Refund
+
✅ $5 Promotional Credit Refund
Total Refund: USD $10
The refund will be sent back to the same credit card used for your payment, so please keep an eye on your account.
Important:
If your Kickstarter pledge payment has not been successfully collected, we will not be able to process this refund.
⚠️ 2. Please Complete Your Kickstarter Payment
We still have a number of pledges with failed payments.
Kickstarter will continue retrying your payment every 48 hours, but all payments must be completed before July 7.
After that date:
Your pledge will be cancelled automatically by Kickstarter.
Your reward will no longer be reserved.
You will lose eligibility for all Kickstarter-exclusive offers, including the Walnut Woodgrain Edition and Early Backer bonuses.
If your payment failed, please:
Update your payment method.
Contact your bank if your card was declined.
Ensure international transactions are enabled if necessary.
Many failed payments are simply caused by banks blocking international transactions, so please check with your card issuer if needed.
📋 3. Surveys Will Be Sent Starting July 8
We plan to begin sending out our PledgeBox surveys on July 8.
This survey is where you'll:
Confirm your shipping address
Select add-ons
Review your rewards
Complete any remaining information needed for fulfillment
Please watch your email around that time.

1.I haven't received my survey yet.
First, please check:
Your Spam folder
If you use Gmail, check the Promotions tab
Also search your inbox for:
"PledgeBox"
If you still can't find it:
Visit:
https://survey.pledgebox.com/user/register
Create an account using the same email address linked to your Kickstarter account.
Log in as a backer.
You'll see all projects you've backed.
Click View to access and complete your survey.
2.I signed into Kickstarter using Apple ID and can't access my survey.
If your Kickstarter account was created using Sign in with Apple, Apple may have generated a private relay email address.
This means the email shown to project creators is not your real email address, which can prevent you from receiving survey emails outside of Kickstarter.
You can manage your Apple Sign-In settings by:
Opening your Apple ID settings on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Managing apps that use Sign in with Apple
Checking or changing your private relay email settings
If you're still unable to receive your survey, please contact us directly and we'll help update your survey email address.
