We are incredibly excited and grateful to have earned the support of more than 1,800 backers from around the world. As a small team, seeing so many people believe in our vision means everything to us. Thank you for helping make KRYDRUFI V1 2.0 a reality.
1. Early Supporter Rewards Update
For all customers who pre-ordered our product before the campaign launch:
We will begin processing the $10 refund and adding your pre-order bonus gifts within the next 3 business days. Due to the large number of orders, this will be completed in batches.
Once your refund and bonus gifts have been successfully added to your order, we will send you an email confirmation.
Please note: If Kickstarter is unable to collect payment for your pledge, your order will not be completed. In this case, only your original $5 pre-order deposit will be refunded, and the $10 refund credit and pre-order bonus gifts will not be applied.
2. Kickstarter Payment Collection
Now that the campaign has ended, Kickstarter will begin collecting payments from backers.
Please make sure:
- Your payment information is up to date.
- Your credit card has sufficient available funds.
- You monitor any payment notifications from Kickstarter.
If your payment fails, Kickstarter will automatically retry several times. We recommend checking your Kickstarter account regularly until your pledge has been successfully collected.
3. Pledge Survey & Shipping Information
We will be using PledgeBox to collect your shipping information and finalize your order selections.
Please keep an eye on your inbox for our survey email.
Important: Sometimes survey emails may accidentally end up in your spam or junk folder, so please check those folders as well.
If you still do not receive the survey after multiple attempts, don't worry. We will proactively reach out and help you complete the process.
4. Want More Add-Ons?
Yes!
Many backers have asked whether they can purchase additional accessories after the campaign.
The answer is absolutely.
When the PledgeBox survey opens, you will find additional optional add-ons available for purchase, including accessories and extra modules that were not included in your original pledge.
Simply use the survey link to customize your order before finalizing it.
5. Production & Fulfillment Timeline
Here is our current production and fulfillment schedule:
July 10
We expect to receive campaign funds from Kickstarter and begin mass production immediately.
Before August 10
Production is scheduled to be completed.
August – September
Products will be shipped to our local fulfillment warehouses in:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- European Union
Transit and warehouse processing are expected to take approximately one month.
Late September
Inventory is expected to arrive at destination-country warehouses.
Early to Mid October
Orders will begin shipping to backers from local warehouses and will be fulfilled in batches.
For Other Countries
If your country is not covered by one of our local fulfillment centers, your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
We expect all backer shipments worldwide to be completed by the end of October.
6. Walnut Limited Edition Update
Many backers have asked whether the Walnut Edition will still be available.
Due to our supplier's minimum production requirements, we still have approximately 500 Walnut Edition reservation slots remaining.
To accommodate additional demand, we will be opening a limited number of Walnut Edition pre-orders on our official website for a limited time.
More details will be announced soon.
