We'd like to share a quick update on where things stand.
📦 Assembly Has Started
We're happy to let you know that production has moved into the assembly and packing stage. Our team is now assembling orders and preparing them for shipment to our overseas fulfillment centers.
Thank you for your patience—we're excited to finally reach this stage!
🚢 Shipping Timeline
Once assembly is complete, all inventory will be shipped to our overseas warehouses.
- Ocean freight to our overseas warehouses: approximately 20–35 days
- Local fulfillment: once inventory arrives, we'll begin shipping your orders immediately.
- We expect all backer orders to be dispatched within approximately 15 days after the inventory reaches each regional warehouse.
Because shipments arrive at different warehouses and customs clearance times may vary by region, some backers may receive their tracking information earlier than others. Please don't worry—we'll continue shipping orders in batches until every reward has been sent.
